I still have not received my order?
We're very grieved that your order has still not showed up! We suggest first reaching your leasing office and neighbors. If possible allowing it a day or two as the post office might have refreshed your tracking number. In the event that you don't get it after that you can contact the USPS directly with this link:

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please don't forget to check your spam and junk folders.
What is a Pre-Order
In essence, a pre-order release by a brand entails the creation of samples to display that are one-of-a-kind items. This enables the brand to offer more hues in that sample without having to produce them. after developing the basic concept. The website is then accessible from Friday until Monday when the order's quantity and design data are delivered to the manufacturer for production. If you ordered on September 21st, don't panic because your order is not there on October 15th; instead, contact me if a shipment is not delivered by November 15th. Keep in mind that the process takes 3–4 weeks after the website has been closed. We are aiming for our first drop to ship out within 2-3 weeks at the earliest and 3-4 being the latest.
Refunds/Returns
